PINEAPPLE CHERRY CRUSH COCKTAIL
1 pineapple peeled cored and cut into large chuncks (cut 8 small pieces for garnish)
1 cup vodka
Ice
1 jar maraschino cherries
Place pineapple, vodka and 2 cups of ice in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes or until blended. Pour over ice. Pour 1- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice in each glass. The more the cherry juice the sweeter it will be. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries on toothpicks or skewers.
