Mexi Dogs

Mexi Dogs 8-10 red casing hot dogs 1 large tomato (diced) 1/2 small onions,white (diced) 1 bunch cilantro, fresh 1 bag(s) hot dog buns ketchup frying oil In a large skillet, heat oil to medium, add hot dogs and cook until dark brown almost black. While dogs are browning, dice onions and tomato. Wash and dry your cilantro. Set aside. Place the hot dog in the bun. Add ketchup first then layer tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
