THE GRAND APPLE
1 ounce apple brandy
1/2 ounce cognac
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the ingredients and stir, rather than shake. Strain the mixture into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish it with a twist or wheel of lemon.
