Sugar Free Banana Bread

Sugar Free Banana Bread 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon 4 medium bananas, cut into chunks 1 egg 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil 1⁄2 cup unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 cup raisins 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to blend. Place bananas in blender and puree until smooth. Add the bananas and rest of ingredients to flour mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
