Meat Ball Stroganoff
1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef bouillon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
Makes together hamburger, breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper; form into 1" balls. Brown on all sides in 3 tablespoons butter; remove from pan. In same pan, sautéed mushrooms and onions in 1 tablespoon butter for 10 minutes. Stir in flour and beef bouillon. Mix Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over pasta or rice.
