MARSHMALLOW PEPPERMINT CRUNCH POPCORN BALL POPS
12-14 cups popped, plain popcorn {keep warm}
1 lb marshmallows
1 stick butter plus more for your hands
food coloring {optional}
1 1/2 cups Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips, divided
Melt the marshmallows and butter together, stirring frequently. Add in food coloring, a drop or two at a time until desired color is achieved. Pour marshmallow mixture over warm popcorn. Sprinkle 1 cup of Andes chips over the top.
Butter your hands generously and dig in! {The butter protects your hands from the heat and keeps the marshmallow mixture from sticking to you. Reapply as necessary.} Mix everything together and start forming balls.

Stick the posicle stick in the popcorn ball and roll in remaining Andes chips.
