MAMA'S AWESOME MEATLOAF

MAMA'S AWESOME MEATLOAF 2⁄3 cup dried whole wheat breadcrumbs, soaked ¾ cup + 1½ T milk 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion 1 T Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper 1⁄2 teaspoon sage GLAZE 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1⁄4 cup ketchup Combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Place the meatloaf mixture in a loaf pan. Top with glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
