Macadamia Nut Butterscotch Cookie Pie

Macadamia Nut Butterscotch Cookie Pie 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted and cooled 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup of chopped macadamia nuts 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup butterscotch chips 9 inch refrigerated pie shell Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Place on a cookie sheet and Bake 40-45 minutes. It will still be nice and gooey. If you prefer a firmer texture, let set for a couple of hours before slicing.
