Dirty Rice

Dirty Rice 2 lb ground meat 2 lb ground pork 2 lb ground chicken gizzard 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 cup celery 1/2 cup parsley 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon black pepper 3 Tablespoon worestershire sauce 1/2 lb butter or 2 stick butter 3 Teaspoon Salt 3 Bay leaf 2 can mushroom soup 4 cup rice Dump all ingredients, except mushroom soup, into a large Dutch oven. Cover, cook over medium heat for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Stir in mushroom soup. Cover, continue to cook 30 more minutes. Cook 4 cups of rice. Either mix cook rice into meat mixture or serve mixture over rice.
