Crawfish Cornbread
Crawfish Cornbread
1 cup white cornmeal
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 cup chopped onions
1 lb chopped crawfish
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Pour into a lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve as a meal or a side dish.
