Cashew Clusters 1 can cashews 1 bags Ghirardelli White Chocolate *Note: you can use any candy making and dipping chocolate Melt chocolate according to package directions. Pour in a few cashew and stir well, coated cashews thoroughly. Drop covered cashews on wax paper in small clusters. Allow to "set" completely. Store under ready to serve.
