CREAMY TACO DIP
1 lb ground beef
1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain. Add taco seasoning, Rotel and cream cheese to skillet. Stir until cheese melts.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
