Taco Meatloaf

Taco Meatloaf 1 -2 lbs hamburger (depending on how many you are feeding) 1 pk taco seasoning 1 egg 1 cup crushed tortilla chips 1 cup salsa shredded cheese to taste Mix all ingredients together, form a loaf and bake in 450 oven for 1 hr (about 10 mins before done, I take it out and top it with some more salsa & cheese) For the potatoes I toss in oil and taco seasoning and bake with meatloaf
