CHEESEBURGER MACARONI CASSEROLE

CHEESEBURGER MACARONI CASSEROLE 1 lb. short cut pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lb. ground beef {90/10} 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 28 oz. can san marzano tomatoes {or diced tomatoes} 1/2 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1 teaspoon dill 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika pinch red pepper flakes salt & pepper, to taste 2 cups grated colby jack cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring large pot of water to boil. Start cooking pasta. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Break apart meat and continue cooking until browned. Add in onion and garlic and continue cooking 3 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes and break apart to create a sauce. Measure and stir in ketchup, mustard, dill, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Drain pasta and stir into sauce to coat. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Stir in half of the grated cheese and top with remaining. Bake 10 minutes in hot oven, then remove and serve immediately. **All seasonings are optional. Add in what you have on hand or what you think your family would like! I added these particular seasonings in because it's what I had on hand! This is delicious made lots of different ways.
