Jalapeno Corn Dip

Jalapeno Corn Dip 1 4 oz bag of real bacon bits or 4 slices of cooked bacon chopped 2 jalapeños seeded and diced 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon of cilantro 3 15 oz cans of corn drained 1/2 cup sour cream 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese 2 tablespoons of chives chopped salt & pepper to taste Place corn, sour cream, pepper jack, jalapeños, cilantro and Parmesan, salt and pepper into your slow cooker and mix well. Cube your cream cheese and layer on top. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours **Add bacon and chives or even cilantro on top for garnish**
