French Dip Shreds
French Dip Shreds
1 Roast
1 16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers- only use half of juice and peppers.
1 pkg dry brown gravy mix
1 stick butter
Place roast in crock pot. Top with all other ingredients. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove meat. Shred. Put meat back in gravy. Keep warm. Top sub rolls with meat, top with provolone. Broil til brown and bubbly
