super easy caramel dip

super easy caramel dip 1 bag Kraft caramels..unwrap put in microwave safe mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon water and microwave till soft enough to stir. Add 8 ounces of cream cheese and mix with mixer until smooth. Put in bowl and get an Apple. Keep in refrigerator
