Homemade Gingerbread Spice

Homemade Gingerbread Spice 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp allspice 1 tbsp ground ginger 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves Measure and combine spices in a small bowl. Store in sealed spice jar.
