TRADITIONAL FRESH MOZZARELLA WITH GARLIC PIZZA

TRADITIONAL FRESH MOZZARELLA WITH GARLIC PIZZA 8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Ball, sliced 1 Partially Baked 12-in Pizza Crust 2 tbs Olive Oil 2 cloves Garlic, crushed 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan 1 tsp Oregano, chopped Freshly ground black pepper Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix garlic with oil. With a brush or spoon, spread evenly over crust. Place mozzarella slices on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly golden. Remove from oven and grind pepper over the top. Sprinkle with oregano. Serve immediately.
