Grilled Parmesan Garlic Corn on the Cob
4 ears fresh corn, shucked and cleaned
5 T. butter, melted
3 T. shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
tinfoil
Combine the butter, cheese, garlic powder and parsley in a bowl. Brush each ear very well with the butter mixture and roll up in a piece of tinfoil. Place the corn on a grill heated to medium. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the ears half way through.
