GRILLED POTATO ROUNDS
MAKES 3 SERVINGS.
1 tbs oil
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp minced thyme
4 potatoes, sliced into rounds
Heat grill. In bowl, mash together first 4 ingredients to create paste. Add potatoes to oil mixture, toss. Grill until potatoes are tender. SERVE
