MUSHROOM BEAN MEDLEY
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbs butter
16 oz pkg frozen waxed beans, green beans, and carrots
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter in a skillet until tender. Add vegetables and broth. Bring to a boil,
simmer until vegetables are tender. Drain, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
