Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies
1 stick butter softened
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour all purpose
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup toffee pieces
In a mixing bowl cream butter, confectioners sugar, egg and vanilla together. Stir flour and salt to form a dough. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee pieces. Roll dough into 1 into balls place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 5 minutes before baking. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
