SPICED PINEAPPLE

SPICED PINEAPPLE 3 C. Pineapple chunks. fresh or canned 2 T. Sugar 1/4 t. Ground cinnamon 1/4 t. Ground coriander or nugmeg Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl.
