Eggnog Pancakes

Eggnog Pancake Mix 12 pancakes, about(4-inches each) 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves ¼ cup sugar In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Spoon mix into a resealable plastic bag; remove air and seal. Eggnog Pancakes 1 package Eggnog Pancake Mix 1 ½ cups refrigerated eggnog 1 egg 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Combine mix, eggnog, egg and vegetable oil, stirring just until moistened. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook until top is covered with bubbles and edges look cooked; turn and cook other side. Serve with butter and confectioners’ sugar; if desired.
