Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
1 package lemon gelatin
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pie shell or graham cracker crust
1 cup hot water
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
Dissolve gelatin in water; stir in ice cream immediately. Chill for 10
minutes. Stir in strawberries and pour into pie shell. Chill or freeze
