SALTED CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE
SALTED CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE Makes 2 servings.
4 tbs store bought dulce de leche, a thick caramel like milk base sauce or spread
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
Warm dulce de leche in a pot, whisk in milk, cocoa and salt. Cook until starting to simmer, then SERVE.
