BOO MIX A Half of Package of White Almond Bark 2 Cups of Corn Chex 2 Cups of Rice Chex 2 Cups of Mini Pretzels 1/2 Cup of Raisins 1/2 Cup of Candy Corn 1/2 Cup of Indian Corn 1/4 Cup of Halloween Candy bits *First Melt your Almond Bark .. follow directions on package *Then Stir in the Cereal, Pretzels, and Raisins until evenly coated… Then *Stir in the Candy Corns and Candy Bits *Spread it on wax paper and let cool for at least 30 min…. Then Break into chunks ….store covered or put in sealed treat baggies

CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF 1 lb ground chuck 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 (8oz.) package Sharp Cheddar, grated 2 Large Eggs 1/4 cup Mayo 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/3 cup tomatoes or petite canned tomatoes, well drained 2 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/2 cup sweet onion, sautéed in butter until caramelized Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the ground beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, mayo, salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix Well in a large bowl. Then stir together the onions and tomatoes in a small bowl. (Keep a little onion on the side.) Put the meat mixture into a oven pan and shape into a loaf. Spread remaining onion/tomato mixture over meatloaf. Place in the oven. Bake 40 minutes. Take out and Top with the rest of the sauteed onions. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Take out and let cool a few minutes before serving

SAUSAGE CABBAGE SKILLET MEAL

SAUSAGE CABBAGE SKILLET MEAL If you like egg rolls, this is amazing. I bag coleslaw mix 1 lb pork sausage 2 cloves garlic minced (or garlic pwdr) 1 tsp ground ginger Salt to taste 1/4 c onion diced Brown the sausage in a large skillet and add the other ingredients right on top. Cover and cook on the stovetop about 5 min on med. remove lid, stir/toss and taste. Finish to your taste/texture preference.

CHICKEN CABBAGE STIR FRY

CHICKEN CABBAGE STIR FRY 3 chicken breast halves 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 red bell pepper chopped 3 cups green cabbage, shredded… 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄2 cup water 1 tablespoon soy sauce Cut chicken breasts into strips. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken strips and stir fry over medium-high heat, turning constantly until done. Add cabbage and sauté 2 minutes until cabbage is crisp-tender. Mix cornstarch and seasonings; add water and soy sauce, and mix until smooth. Stir sauce into chicken/cabbage mixture. Cook until sauce has thickened and chicken is coated, about 1 minute. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours

ITALIAN COLE SLAW 2 packages of Angel Hair Shredded Coleslaw 2 teaspoon dill 2 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 cup sugar Place the shredded cabbage into a large bowl. Whisk the rest of the ingredients together. Pour dressing over the cabbage and stir until all combined. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate until chilled

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt , 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk), few shakes of pumpkin pie spice, 4-5 ice cubes. Blend Done!

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease mini-muffin pan with cooking spray. Sift together the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Whisk together the eggs, butter, and pumpkin in a separate bowl. Mix the flour mixture with the egg mixture. Stir in the butterscotch chips; pour into each cup of the muffin pan to about 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, 10 to 12 minutes.
