FOOLPROOF FUDGE
In a lg. non stick pot add 1 & 1/2 sticks butter, 3 cups sugar and 1 5oz can evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil 5 min stirring constantly…(set a timer)…remove from heat and add 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
Stir briskly till smooth. Add walnut chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla….Pour immediately into a lightly greased (with the butter wrapper) 9×13 pan. Place on a cooling rack and cool at air temp. Fudge will harden as it cools
